2. Products and Availability

Products shown on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that pricing and availability information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that all products will always be in stock. If a product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to offer a solution, which may include replacing the product or a refund.

3. Prices and Payment

Product prices are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total order amount and will be visible before completing the purchase. We accept the payment methods specified on our website, including credit cards (MasterCard, American Express and Visa), MB WAY or Multibanco reference. Molde reserves the right to change prices at any time, however, changes will not have effect on orders already placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. For Continental Portugal and Spain the shipping costs are free. For other locations, the costs can be viewed during checkout. Orders are processed within a period of up to 5 business days. This period is added to the transit and delivery time required by the carrier, which varies depending on location.

Portugal (Mainland): 1 business day
Portugal (Islands): 2 working days
Spain (Mainland): 1-2 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-7 business days

We reserve the right to change the estimated delivery time in the event of a stock shortage or peak season. Molde is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as strikes or adverse weather conditions. In the event of problems with delivery, please contact our customer service.
